The Rack Railway and the Montserrat Cable Cars change their timetable
The Montserrat Rack Railway Train, the Sant Joan Cable Car and the Santa Cova Cable Car adapt their timetables and frequency of activity from next Monday, November 9, to offer the best service to users in a sustainable way. and safe.
The service of the Montserrat Rack Railway Train will be every 30 minutes until 11:55 am and then every hour until 4:55pm on weekdays, with the first ascent at 9:55 am from Monistrol Vila. On weekends and public holidays the hours will be from 8:55 am to 5:55 pm and the frequency will be 30 minutes.
In the case of the Sant Joan Cable Car, it is planned that the service from Monday to Friday will be from 10:00 am to 4:45 pm with a frequency of 30 minutes. On working days, weekends and public holidays the last Cable Car descent will be at 4:45 pm. In addition, from 11 to 29 January the Sant Joan Cable Car will be out of service for an annual inspection.
As for the Santa Cova Cable Car, it will be operational on weekends and public holidays with the first descent at 10:00 am and the last ascent at 4:45 pm with a frequency of 30 minutes. Between 12 pm and 1pm there will be no service. The remaining days will be out of service and the weekends of February 6 and 7 and 13 and 14 will also be closed for annual review.
We remind you that on the weekends of 13-15, 20-22 and 27-29 of November; and also the weekends from 4th to 6th and from 11th to 13th of December, Montserrat Rack Railway Train, Sant Joan Cable Car and Santa Cova Cable Car will remain closed according to the PROCICAT measures.
